Job Summary
The eCommerce Content Specialist ensures the accuracy and timely updates of web content on RSSC.com and its associated properties. The role involves collaborating with international, consumer, trade marketing, and revenue management teams to gather and input all necessary assets for product offerings and itinerary deployment while utilizing content management systems to update and maintain media assets, including images, PDFs, and web pages, using HTML and CSS.

Position Responsibilities

Collaborate in the creation and regular updates of web pages on RSSC.com, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborate with the creative team to implement design and development of web pages using HTML and CSS.

Utilize content management systems to refresh and maintain content and imagery on brand websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging.

Work closely with international offices and trade marketing teams to streamline requests, adhere to project timelines, and secure necessary assets, ensuring consistent content across consumer and trade channels.

Provide assistance for ad‑hoc CMS‑related requests from the Marketing team, including management of vanity URLs and hosting of images, PDFs, and more.

Serve as a liaison between Revenue Management, Destination Services, and the digital team for timely updates and requests, ensuring accurate content changes on the site.

Oversee the management of the information inbox, ensuring all inquiries are promptly addressed or delegated.

Handle lower‑level web requests to gain familiarity with business operations and the CMS while escalating complex issues to the eCommerce Manager.

Audit and review content across critical website sections for accuracy and relevance.

Coordinate with global stakeholders to approve content and source new copy and imagery as necessary.

Carry out general SEO tasks based on technical recommendations, documenting ongoing tasks and contributing to the knowledge base.

Provide general support for upcoming mobile app development, website redesign, and CMS migration efforts.

Support website audits with a special focus on optimizing the mobile experience, identifying and resolving issues such as image cropping errors, scroll bars, accessibility concerns, and copy legibility.

Maintain the Regent Program calendar, keeping it up to date with promotions and e‑commerce initiatives to inform the Digital Experience team of deployment windows.

Perform other job‑related functions as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree Type:

Bachelor's Degree.

Field(s) Of Study:

Business, Marketing, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Experience:

2 years of Digital Marketing experience with travel industry experience preferred.

Experience:

Basic experience using HTML, CSS, and Photoshop.

Experience:

Strong background and knowledge of Content Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Competencies & Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competencies & Skills:

Familiarity with content management systems.

Competencies & Skills:

Experience in proofreading and an eye for design are a plus.

Ability to use time effectively, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with time‑sensitive deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics a plus.

Proficiency in Content Management Systems – including Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, and Salsify a plus.

Experience with SEO and AEO a plus.
