Job Description Summary
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing will support the execution, coordination and optimization of the firm’s digital marketing initiatives. This role ensures digital campaigns, website updates, email communications and social media activities are executed accurately, efficiently and in alignment with firm marketing goals. The coordinator works closely with Business Development, Communications and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives and consistency across platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including webpage updates, email deployments and social media promotion;

Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, audience targeting and coordination of deliverables across channels;

Help distribute and amplify firm initiatives, including events and thought leadership, through digital platforms;

Assist in updating, maintaining and publishing website content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand and web standards;

Coordinate webpage publishing, ensuring proper formatting, tagging, functionality and overall user experience;

Support email marketing efforts, including building, scheduling, list management and quality assurance within marketing platforms;

Apply basic SEO best practices, including metadata updates, page structuring and maintaining taxonomy and tagging for searchability;

Monitor website and campaign performance, compiling and analyzing data across web, email and social channels;

Assist in maintaining dashboards, reports and campaign tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage multiple projects and ensure timely, accurate execution of digital deliverables.

Proficiencies

Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail;

Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, email and social media;

Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools;

Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques;

Experience supporting LinkedIn and other social platforms;

Familiarity with web, email and social media analytics, including compiling and analyzing performance data;

Experience with GA4, Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus;

Basic knowledge of HTML and website technologies (preferred);

Proficiency in Adobe PDF Creator;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required);

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, communications or professional services environment (preferred);

Experience supporting digital campaigns, website management, marketing automation and/or performance reporting (preferred).

Salary
Los Angeles: $59,900 – $74,600 annually;

San Francisco: $64,000 – $79,500 annually;

New York: $64,000 – $79,500 annually.
