Business Manager NF-03.

Duties

Plans and executes guest services and events, utilizing either coordinated in-house resources or external contractors.

Manages and oversees multiple concessionaire vendors while maintaining strategic communication with leadership.

Proactively promotes concessions offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue growth.

Manages a business activity.

Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.

Represents the activity to the public.

Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.

Develops budgetary data.

Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

Supervises assigned staff.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Employment Conditions

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required upon appointment.

Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check.

One‑year probationary period may be required.

Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required.

Must be able to obtain a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) certification within six months of employment.

Must be able to obtain a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) caller certification within six months of employment.

Must be able to obtain a Government Purchase Card (GPC) within six months of employment.

Qualifications

Communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

Has working experience in customer service.

Can work independently under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Has served as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Has held a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) certification.

Has knowledge of Government Purchase Card (GPC) regulations.

Education
This position does not require a specific education level.

Benefits and Allowances

Pay‑banded system; Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized.

Non‑foreign overseas allowances, cost‑of‑living (COLA), and differentials will be paid upon eligibility.
