AnderCorp is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Federal Proposal Writer to lead the development, coordination, and submission of federal proposals that drive our continued growth in the government marketplace.

What You'll Do
Proposal Development & Management
- Analyze federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, and related documents) and identify key requirements to support Go/No-Go decisions
- Develop and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission milestones
- Build and maintain compliance matrices to ensure all requirements are addressed
- Coordinate technical, pricing, administrative, and supporting content from multiple stakeholders
- Manage proposal amendments, Q&A responses, and version control throughout the pursuit process
- Populate proposal documents and identify content gaps or areas requiring refinement
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central hub between technical teams, estimators, designers, executives, and business development professionals
- Facilitate proposal reviews and status meetings
- Track assignments and ensure contributors meet internal deadlines
- Communicate solicitation updates and amendments to the proposal team
Compliance & Quality Control
- Monitor proposal risks, gaps, and outstanding action items
- Maintain and enhance the company's proposal content library and database
- Ensure all proposal submissions align with company branding, quality standards, and ethical guidelines
- Verify compliance with federal procurement requirements and solicitation instructions
Submission Management
- Prepare, review, and validate final proposal packages
- Coordinate required approvals, signatures, certifications, and bonding documentation
- Manage electronic submission portals and proposal uploads
- Confirm all required forms and attachments are complete and compliant
- Track proposal status and coordinate follow-up activities with contracting officials

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field required
Experience
- 3–5+ years of proposal management or proposal writing experience
- Federal proposal experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting government, construction, engineering, architecture, or design-build pursuits is highly desirable
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, or similar proposal management platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Word and PowerPoint
Regulatory Knowledge
- Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Experience with federal contract vehicles including:
- Design-Build
- Design-Bid-Build
- IDIQ
- MACC/MATOC
