Sales Director – Assisted Living
Supporting Complete Care at Holmdel and Complete Care at Whispering Woods

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Complete Care is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead census development and community outreach efforts for two premier Assisted Living communities: Complete Care at Holmdel and Complete Care at Whispering Woods.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales and marketing experience within Assisted Living communities

Strong healthcare industry knowledge and healthcare acumen

Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive occupancy growth

Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills

Results-driven with a passion for helping seniors and their families
