VIP Loyalty Director: Growth, Experience & Experiments

Road Runner Sports is looking for a passionate Loyalty Program Director to spearhead the growth of its VIP Family customer loyalty program. In this role, you will be the champion of the program, crafting a seamless and engaging experience for members both in stores and online.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty, CRM, and customer experience design, utilizing data and insights to continuously improve member satisfaction and retention.
