Job Overview
The Sr Product Manager – T-Platform Lead UX Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise user experience strategy for T-Platform, T-Mobile’s unified operational and management platform for TFB products and services. This role serves as the enterprise UX leader within the T-Platform Product Realization organization and is responsible for driving scalable customer workflow design, operational experience strategy, platform UX governance, and enterprise interaction standards across multiple TFB product portfolios. The Sr Product Manager partners closely with Product Strategy, Technical Discovery, Architecture, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure T-Platform delivers intuitive, scalable, operationally efficient, and dev‑ready enterprise customer experiences that support rapidly evolving business capabilities and operational models. T-Platform supports highly complex enterprise operational use cases across Advanced Network Solutions (ANS), IoT, broadband, APIs, security, satellite, government, and future enterprise operational capabilities.
This role must balance innovation, usability, scalability, and operational continuity while operating within highly dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities and onboarding demands. The ideal candidate combines enterprise UX expertise, systems thinking, operational workflow design experience, and strong product partnership capability to help shape the future operational experience for T-Mobile Business customers.

Job Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end product for complex or cross‑platform solutions of the highest level of complexity and scope, or product families, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.

Identify target customer(s) for existing or future products, and design and drive end‑user product research.

Partner with business, internal and external stakeholders, and Leadership to understand current customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity.

Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root causes of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data.

Leverage rapid hypothesis‑driven testing methodologies and experiments, such as paper prototype, A/B testing, to inform direction and prioritize investment.

Conduct cost‑benefit / ROI / NPV analysis, competitive product analysis, to support decision making.

Work with stakeholders and follow enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.

Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, and analyze potential impacts or opportunities for the customer/product, and incorporate analyses into product process.

Communicate, influence, and sell ideas at VP level and below, regularly delivering product presentations.

Drive specific ad‑hoc analysis and present information to executive‑level management on request.

Influence product feature set and positioning strategies to improve customer experience and drive or support growth.

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Maintain current understanding of tech trends. Assess how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the product.

Leverage customer insights for product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.

Dedicates time to customers, actively meeting them to build deeper empathy and understand their needs and priorities.

Create, manage, and foster an active VOC feed for themselves and team.

Actively look for opportunities to delight or meet customer’s unmet needs.

Evangelize and advocate for the customer internally (IC through C‑level) and externally, perpetuating the customer‑first mindset.

Create an environment and culture where the team is immersed in a customer‑first mindset.

Test ideas with real customers to ensure that the product delivers the desired benefit.

Translate product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for development teams for highly complex products with multiple transactions and touchpoints. This work may include creation of prototypes.

Own and manage product backlog and priorities with business and technology partners. Backlog at this level typically serves 5‑8 Agile / Scrum / Sprint teams, often with dependencies on other internal and external teams.

Scope and ensure alignment on the prioritization of activities based on business and customer impact.

Collaborate with Architecture and Development teams to ensure technical debt and long‑term technical investment are factored into the roadmap.

Ensure existing production defects are factored into regular backlog prioritization for resolution based on priority.

Collaborate with stakeholders and Development / Execution teams to create and communicate anticipated release schedule.

Generate and maintain dashboards and reports that track product health and success metrics.

Conduct Product Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and steering meetings.

Run beta and pilot programs with early‑stage products and samples.

Collaborate with advertising and public relations to promote product.

Support sales, marketing, and other stakeholder teams with the necessary product knowledge and additional documentation.

Assist with the overall execution relating to all aspects of the software development process, from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support.

Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders and make educated trade‑off decisions with the team.

Be accountable for product quality and performance in the production environment and for the product team’s response in the event of critical or high‑impact defects, including communications to stakeholders at all levels.

Manage development of adoption tools and training materials.

Identify execution, operational, organizational issues that impede product success; drive improvement plans to change or resolve issues within sphere of influence.

Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with many teams—including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go‑to‑market, and finance—and with outside partners and other third parties.

Develop positive working relationships with customer groups or customer representatives.

Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required).

7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience (Required).

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400.
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
