Transformation Director

Opportunity

The Transformation Associate supports JLL's Strategy 2030 by managing individual project workstreams within larger transformation initiatives. The role reports to the Global Head of Transformation or Transformation Program Manager and ensures delivery of project objectives, timelines, and outcomes that contribute to enterprise‑wide strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute transformation projects, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead specific workstreams within 3‑5 big‑bet strategic programs and coordinate activities across business lines such as Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and REMS.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, track milestones, dependencies and critical path activities, and maintain program alignment.
Facilitate project team meetings, working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.
Drive issue resolution, escalation and change‑management activities to secure adoption and implementation.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendor management and external consultant collaboration.
Monitor project KPIs, ROI, business value delivery, and perform quality assurance reviews.
Document lessons learned and contribute to the transformation office knowledge base.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both in person and remotely using digital productivity tools.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification or equivalent project‑management credentials preferred.
3‑5 years of project‑management experience with at least 2 years in transformation or change initiatives.
Experience in professional services, real‑estate or related industries preferred.
Proven track record delivering projects in complex, matrix‑organized environments.
Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project‑management methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with project‑management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Basic financial analysis, budget tracking, and change‑management principles.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Risk identification and mitigation planning capabilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary range:$150,000 – $180,000 USD.
