Job Summary
To collaborate in the coordination, management, and oversight of activities and resources for an assigned project. To establish and implement project management processes to ensure that project requirements are delivered effectively, within budget, in compliance with established standards, and within the specified time frame. Projects may include but are not limited to grants applications, grant review, marketing, outreach management, as well as other ventures to expand or enhance MCES service lines.

Education & Experience Required
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and two (2) years' work experience in project or operations management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of project management processes. Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies. Ability to present information and respond to inquiries. Ability to clarify project objectives, goals, and the roles and responsibilities of participants. Ability to organize and manage resources.

Responsibilities

Collaborates in the day‑to‑day management of the operational aspects of a project and scope. Works with clients to identify project objectives and establish project parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.

Develops project plans and cost projections and recommends changes as appropriate; identifies and allocates resources and prioritizes tasks to ensure that objectives are met.

Aligns project activities with organizational objectives; ensures that project outcomes equate to organizational success.

Coordinates the development of policies and procedures to meet project requirements.

Interfaces with relevant parties to resolve problems, maintain progress, and maintain mutual interaction of respected parties to reduce the risk of failure and ensure success of project.

Informs management of key activities and makes periodic progress reports; maintains and ensures accuracy of project documents and reports.

Responds to inquiries and explains MCES program activities.

Oversees and participates in collection of data and the preparation of applicable reports to support program activities and grants.

Creates and maintains relevant files and databases for grants.

Develops and produces print and digital material for marketing, outreach and educational purposes.

Develops, organizes and coordinates outreach activities.

Assist with PSSD physicals through setup, registration and patient flow.

When needed, provide onsite assistance at various outreach programs. Extended and overnight travel may be required.

Requires occasional exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold, exposure to bio‑hazardous conditions such as risk of radiation exposure, blood borne pathogens, fumes or airborne particles, and/or toxic or caustic chemicals which mandate attention to safety considerations, occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing/pulling, occasional reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
