Job Description
As a Learning Experience & Multimedia Production Specialist, you’ll help transform approved course materials, written procedures, subject‑matter expertise, and training concepts into polished online courses, AI‑generated video lessons, downloadable resources, quizzes, certificates, webinars, and learner‑friendly educational experiences. This hands‑on role requires proficiency in learning platforms, AI video tools, course organization, brand standards, and end‑to‑end production.
About the Role
The Learning Experience & Multimedia Production Specialist supports the development, production, and ongoing growth of HOA University, our board member education and leadership development platform.
What You’ll Do
Course Production
Build and publish courses, learning paths, bundles, quizzes, certificates, and downloadable resources in LearnWorlds.
Convert approved scripts, guides, procedures, and subject‑matter input into engaging online learning experiences.
Organize courses so they are easy for board members to follow, complete, and revisit.
Support the development of 5–7 minute video lessons, course guides, checklists, templates, worksheets, and knowledge checks.
Maintain course catalogs, tags, descriptions, metadata, and learner‑facing course pages.
AI Video & Multimedia Production
Create educational videos using Synthesia and other AI‑assisted video tools.
Build and maintain branded video templates, intros, outros, thumbnails, captions, transcripts, and visual standards.
Produce graphics, visual aids, worksheets, handouts, and course materials that align with Community Association Management and HOA University brand standards.
Record, edit, and organize webinar content for future use.
Ensure video lessons are clear, professional, accessible, and consistent across the HOA University platform.
LearnWorlds Platform Administration
Maintain the HOA University learning platform, including courses, users, access levels, certificates, and reporting.
Assist with learner onboarding, user experience improvements, and course navigation.
Support public course access, client companion lessons, subscription offerings, and future certification programs.
Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, quiz performance, and certificate activity.
Recommend platform improvements that make learning easier, clearer, and more valuable for board members.
Instructional Design Support
Help structure courses around clear learning objectives and practical outcomes.
Improve educational content for clarity, engagement, and retention.
Work with subject‑matter experts to turn complex HOA, governance, operations, and management topics into plain‑language learning.
Support a consistent course structure across HOA University, including lesson flow, review questions, summaries, and downloadable resources.
Identify when content needs review by legal, accounting, insurance, reserve, operations, technology, or other subject‑matter experts.
Brand & Quality Control
Maintain a consistent look, tone, and learner experience across HOA University materials.
Apply Community Association Management and HOA University brand standards to courses, videos, graphics, certificates, and resources.
Use a voice that is professional, approachable, supportive, and clear, consistent with the company’s brand guidance. The brand materials emphasize being human, professional, supportive, and expert, with a personable, approachable, and trustworthy tone.
Review course materials for formatting, accuracy, grammar, accessibility, and consistency before publishing.
Help ensure HOA University reflects the same standard of service and professionalism that Community Association Management provides to its clients.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Training & Documentation Team, Marketing, Business Development, Operations Leadership, and Executive Leadership.
Partner with subject‑matter experts to gather input, clarify details, and prepare content for production.
Support marketing and business development with learner‑facing course descriptions, platform pages, and promotional content.
Assist with the continued improvement of the Board Resource Center and alignment between Board Resource Center materials and HOA University courses.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: learning management systems, multimedia production, educational technology, video production or editing, experience building or managing courses in an LMS or online learning platform, experience with LearnWorlds, or the ability to quickly learn and manage the platform, experience with Synthesia, HeyGen, Canva, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar course/video production tools, comfort using AI‑assisted tools to improve speed, consistency, and content production quality, strong writing, editing, organization, and project management skills, ability to take complex information and make it simple, practical, and easy to understand, strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency, ability to manage multiple projects independently with limited direction, comfort working with leadership, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams, knowledge of HOA operations, board governance, community association management, or related terminology is a plus.

Adult learning principles.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
Primarily office‑based or hybrid, depending on company needs.
May require occasional extended hours to support course launches, webinars, or special training initiatives.
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or content production.
