Associate Marketing Manager, North America Oral Care
Scope / Responsibilities:
Support implementation of the Global Oral Care Category Strategy (base business growth, innovation/portfolio expansion, cost and operational efficiency).
Analyze where-to-play/how-to-win and expansion opportunities by segment, channel, geography, and store brand.
Translate category strategy into multi-year roadmaps and execution plans.
Lead in-year U.S. Oral Care activation for store brand/brand plans for responsible segments (innovation, renovation, and customer-specific launches committed in ABP).
Partner with Sales, CS&E, and Supply Chain to execute on time, in full.
Manage risks, trade-offs, and sequencing to protect near‑term results while enabling long‑term growth.
Focus innovation resources on highest‑value opportunities aligned to segment strategy.
Enable decisive action on urgent customer‑specific new item launches.
Develop and maintain demand generation dashboards/scorecards/reports; share regular performance updates.
Translate performance data into insights and recommendations.
Ensure consistent measurement definitions and analytical rigor.
Provide analytical support (innovation tracking, competitive analysis, syndication of insights, volume/value tracking, performance diagnostics).
Experience / Qualifications (typical):
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years work experience.
Required / Preferred Skills:
Consumer & customer first orientation; commercial/financial acumen (P&L, value creation).
Brand building and store brand/private label expertise.
Strong analytical skills (datasets, metrics, dashboards).
Demand generation acumen (media/creative/activation performance).
Execution discipline; timeline management.
Stakeholder collaboration; attention to detail.
