About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. In this client-facing role, youll generate new business, develop strong relationships with commercial clients, and provide customized insurance solutions to protect their operations. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build a solid book of business backed by a supportive team.

What Youll Do:
Prospect, develop, and secure new commercial insurance accounts through networking, referrals, and outbound outreachAnalyze client risks and insurance needs; recommend appropriate coverage and carrier solutionsPrepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clientsCollaborate closely with Account Managers and underwriting teams for seamless client onboarding and servicingMaintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM toolsProvide continuous support and risk guidance to existing clientsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targetsStay current with industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changesRepresent One Insurance Services at networking events and professional gatherings

Qualifications for Success:
Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain)Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related roleStrong working knowledge of commercial lines products, including property, liability, workers comp, auto, and E&OProven ability to meet or surpass sales goalsExceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsAbility to connect with business owners and decision-makers across diverse industriesProficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (AMS360 or EPIC preferred)Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
