**JOB DESCRIPTION -**the VBC Program Manager’s primary responsibilities are to support value-based care initiatives by providing oversight for large, complex projects, impacting cross functional departments, throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring consistency with VBC strategies, commitment, and goals.**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead, develop and manage project objectives, governance, plans and communications that require cross functional coordination* Drive and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects* Set project controls, governance, and standards* Establish and meet timelines and due dates* Own the day-to-day detailed aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful completion* Communicate clear expectations with stakeholders, executives, sponsors and team members while continually managing expectations throughout the life of the project* Develop and maintain project documentation, including charter, scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables* Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to key stakeholder* Provide project status reports, which include budget, timeline, issues, risks and scope* Partner with stakeholders to address potential risks* Document and maintain documentation for project in corporate PM tools* Identify and resolve issues; manage dependencies to ensure timely execution* Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects according to agreed upon scope and budget* Support and augment project methodology to enable more efficient use of resources and enable successful completion of initiatives* Develop and execution mitigations when off-track**MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED****License / Registration / Certification*** Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or working toward completion) Optional**Issued by**(Governing Body)* Project Management Institute**Level of Education/Field of Study*** Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field required**Years of Experience*** 3+ years’ previous experience in project management working with multiple departments and stakeholders (healthcare projects preferred)* 1+ years Healthcare experience preferred**Describe Type of Experience*** Work efficiently, self-motivated, fast learner and strong work ethic.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels* Ability to manage in a matrix environment* Familiar with project management methodology and techniques and change management* Experience in PM methodologies* Experience working with vendors* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS One Note, MS Project and D365 )* Experience with compiling and following strict budgets* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyIf you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of **$116,459** - $**174,688**, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
