People & Culture Manager for a World-Class Orchestra

The Cleveland Orchestra seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support day-to-day people operations. This hands-on role partners with managers, musicians, and staff, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
