Remote Head of Client Experience — Scale World‑Class Support

Project Expedition is seeking a tech-forward Head of Client Experience to scale high-performing support teams while preserving the human touch that customers love. This remote US role leads strategy, systems, and daily performance of our support organization to deliver world-class, scalable service.
You will partner with Product and Engineering, implement AI-enabled tools, design training and SOPs, and drive CSAT, NPS, and other metrics.
