Customer Experience Specialist - Hybrid, Equity & Bonus

Lendable is seeking a Front-Line Operations Agent for its Chatham office. You will be on-site three days a week with two weekends per month and a day in lieu to balance the schedule.
You will handle customer service and financial support, following established processes to resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately. You will own the customer journey from first contact to resolution, providing feedback to improve AI-driven journeys and knowledge bases while maintaining empathy and compliance.
