Senior Director II, Brand Management – Advanced Hydration

Role Overview: The Senior Director II, Brand Management leads the strategic growth agenda for a global brand within the North America Operating Unit, owning the brand bundle (product, package, value proposition) and driving consumer relevance, equity, and growth across a portfolio that includes BodyArmor, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater.
Responsibilities

Develop annual business plans and multi-year brand growth strategies, including shaping the five‑year rolling innovation pipeline.
Own the brand bundle flywheel across product, package, and value proposition to commercialize brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications, messaging, and shopper marketing.
Lead brand positioning and equity‑building initiatives and make resource allocation decisions.
Partner with internal teams (Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail) and external stakeholders (customers, bottlers, suppliers) to develop new and improved products, packaging, and programs.
Integrate FSOP strategy into brand planning, ensuring relevance across foodservice channels and occasions.
Leverage AI‑powered foresights and predictive analytics to inform decisions and accelerate speed to market.
Track and report performance metrics to ensure delivery against volume, revenue, and share objectives.
Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, prioritization, coaching to achieve objectives and develop career goals.
Champion AI literacy, MarTech adoption, and agile ways of working.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in CPG or beverage industry.
Experience in sports marketing preferred.
Proven success in brand management, innovation, and portfolio strategy.
Strong understanding of FSOP, RGM, and commercial integration.
Experience with MarTech tools, AI tools, and data‑driven marketing & selling.
