Medical Account Specialists – Hematology
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Geography: Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Albuquerque, Amarillo

Responsibilities

Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages to support our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, grow brand share, revenue, and deliver product goals.

Facilitate partnership with multiple collaborators (Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.

Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate effort by the Regeneron Oncology account team, e.g., supporting contracting pull-through with accounts.

Maintain a breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.

Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.

Minimum 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales; preferred Hematology Oncology.

Buy and bill experience with biologics required.

Minimum 3 years experience with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions.

Current account management experience in calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.

Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.

Results orientation with track record of success with product launches.

Salary Range (annually)
$158,950 - $220,000
