Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for member questions, needs, and support
  • Build trusted relationships that strengthen long-term member engagement
  • Deliver fast, accurate, high-quality service across phone, email, and digital channels
  • Identify opportunities for members to benefit from additional programs and services
  • Recommend solutions, close consultative sales, and generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with marketing, consulting, accounting, and vendor teams
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, services, and industry trends


Experience:

  • 5+ years in customer service, account management, or member support
  • Experience with consultative selling (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills: confident, clear, and member‑focused
  • Highly organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours (coverage between 8am EST and 9pm PST)
  • Optical industry experience is a major plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

This role is remote and can reside anywhere on the west coast/North West including Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming.
