Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Occasional after-hours support during emergencies, contingency operations, or planned maintenance activities.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Milestone Video Management System Technician to support a leading Government Healthcare End Customer. The selected candidate will administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize an enterprise-scale Milestone Video Management System (VMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, administer, and maintain Milestone Video Management Systems.

Configure recording servers, camera groups, users, storage, and system settings.

Monitor system performance and ensure continuous availability.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.

Maintain enterprise camera infrastructure and recording servers.

Perform preventive maintenance, software upgrades, patches, and health checks.

Maintain maintenance records and configuration documentation.

Coordinate with internal technical teams.

Participate in emergency support outside normal business hours.

Required Qualifications:

Milestone Technical Configuration Level 1 – Mandatory

Milestone Technical Configuration Level 2 – Mandatory

Experience with Milestone XProtect, recording servers, enterprise CCTV, IP camera infrastructure, video storage management, and Windows Server.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Government, Healthcare, Military, or other secure environments.

Knowledge of IP networking, RMF, STIGs, cybersecurity frameworks, and vulnerability remediation.

Ability to obtain Government-required access credentials and complete mandatory compliance training.
