Impactful Community Programs Manager

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, Inc. seeks an experienced program leader to direct community-based services including Health Home, non-Medicaid case management, supportive housing, and HUD-funded projects.
You may also coordinate SPOA/AOT services in designated counties and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with state policies and confidentiality. Responsibilities include developing care plans, guiding staff during crises, managing budgets, and representing Thrive in community meetings.
