About the Role


The Company is seeking a VP, International Brand and Channel Marketing to serve as a strategic leader in the development and activation of brand strategies across the international brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant impact on communication, innovation, and renovation strategies, and will work in partnership with the SVP International Marketing & Business Strategy to proactively influence brand direction. This role involves leading the brand management team, developing and executing annual and long-term strategic brand plans, and recommending key actions to accelerate the business. The VP will also be tasked with managing brand and sales team effectiveness, maintaining high levels of motivation, and setting clear goals and milestones.

Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or at least ten years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the wine industry. Essential skills include the ability to develop and execute marketing strategic plans, demonstrated analytical and leadership skills, and a strong track record of successful brand growth. The role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, the ability to manage a P&L, and experience in multi-brand P&L management. Proficiency in trend analysis, prediction, and the ability to recommend changes in business strategies is also essential. The ideal candidate will be approachable, resilient, and driven, with a comfort in challenging the status quo, and will possess a flexible, dynamic approach to business.
