Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Director of Internal Communications will develop and execute strategic communication plans that enhance employee engagement, navigate organizational change, and ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary communications advisor, translating business strategies and changes into clear communications
Develop and implement change enablement plans to help employees understand organizational shifts and expected actions
Lead internal communications programs that engage employees and reinforce business priorities and culture
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 10 years of communications experience, particularly in internal and executive communications
Proven success in translating business strategy into effective communication and engagement
Experience with organizational change initiatives and strong executive communication capabilities
Data-driven mindset with experience in evaluating communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback
