Leading the enterprise communication strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Internal Communications will ensure organizational alignment and enhance teammate engagement through effective communication plans, data-driven insights, and innovative technologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational culture
Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership, managing communication for organizational changes and initiatives
Leverage data and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve the teammate experience
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, executive communications, or change management
Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership to lead enterprise communication strategies
Proven success in supporting organizational transformations and large-scale business initiatives
Expertise in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance communication effectiveness and operational efficiency
