Description

As a Program Manager, you execute defined programs for your immediate team with collaboration from your teammates. You execute well‑defined projects under limited guidance. You stretch to address undefined challenges with limited guidance from your teammates. You utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders. You identify, collaborate with, and communicate to stakeholders with minimal guidance from your teammates. You have foundational knowledge of the domain of your program. Responsibilities include:

In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of a basic program. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies.

Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Facilitate effective meetings.

Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders.

Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects. In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author stakeholder map. Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.
