Driving cross-functional programs from concept through launch, the full-time remote Program Manager, Strategy & Operations will manage integrated project plans, ensure successful delivery across product verticals, and continuously improve operational workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management across product verticals, ensuring timely delivery from development to launch
Drive integrated project plans across multiple teams to maintain alignment and schedule adherence
Identify risks and facilitate decisions with cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives on track
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or content operations
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Strong operational mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions
Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable
