Medical Account Specialist – Hematology
Location:

Manchester, NH (Geography: ME, VT, NH)

The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist is responsible for engaging Hematologists and other key oncology customers within a designated geographic area—including academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts—to support the launch of our multiple myeloma bispecific antibody. The focus is on presenting clinically focused selling messages that build and grow revenue while consistently delivering product goals. To achieve these objectives, the specialist must demonstrate initiative, independence, self‑mandated ownership, and compliance with all Regeneron policies and mandatory regulatory obligations.

A Typical Day May Include

Engage hematologists and other key oncology customers and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support our multiple myeloma bispecific antibody, driving brand share, revenue, and mandate fulfillment.

Facilitate partnership with collaboration partners—Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory‑based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists—to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies that support both brand and corporate objectives within the assigned territory.

Develop strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local health‑care delivery, key influencers, and payer systems.

Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, including contracting pull‑through support.

Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand each account’s objectives, goals, challenges, and to identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources that meet customer needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus. At least 5 years of successful experience in oncology sales (hematology oncology preferred). Mandatory buy & bill experience with biologics. Minimum of 3 years spent working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions. Current account‑management experience in calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of the hematology oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace. Ability to travel and cover a large geographic territory.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $158,950 – $220,000.
