We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65 locations across 17 states. We provide access to 150+ carriers which allows for higher retention and close rates. We seek a passionate, hard‑working, experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in a local office.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients

Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.

Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and common sales objections

Become familiar with products, services, and systems; participate in agency training

Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes

Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross‑selling, and new initiatives

Utilize multiple resources to ensure success, such as inbound/outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account development

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license required

Sales experience (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Good operational computing skills (typing 45+ WPM, Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)

Confident self‑starter who works well independently

Strong problem‑solving capabilities

Ability to multi‑task
