This full-time paid internship is 40 hours per week and will run over a 3-month period. This internship offers a hybrid work experience (remote and in-office). Note: candidates are required to work onsite in our Dallas, Austin or Houston office at least two times a week. Start date is flexible.

Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about communications, eager to learn and as committed to producing exceptional work as we are. The FleishmanHillard experience provides the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through exposure to client service and the inner workings of a global, integrated communications firm.

Interns have the opportunity to join account teams and help with campaign conception to execution, conducting research, developing media materials, building relationships with journalists, drafting content, working with influencers, developing social media contact, tracking and analyzing results, and other account-related activities.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have previous relevant internship experience(s) and completed their junior year of college. Recent graduates are preferred. This is a full-time internship that runs over a three-month period. Basic position requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills, an innate curiosity, strong time management, and a desire to learn in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment. All candidates must also exhibit a desire and motivation to learn and an ability to work as part of a team.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18–$20 an hour.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications and geography.
