Our Team Members are key to ensuring America runs on Dunkin, by delivering great Guest experiences and ensuring they return for more. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency

Be a Team Player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members

Prepare products according to Metro’s Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards

Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas

Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems

Comply with all Metro’s policies & procedures

Show enthusiasm for our Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro!
