Responsibilities

Treat Guests as the #1 priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

Be a Team player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, and support fellow Team members.

Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality and safety standards.

Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.

Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.

Comply with all Metro policies & procedures.

Show enthusiasm for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.

Qualifications

Part‑time availability with the ability to work the 5am opening shift.

Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in a fast‑paced environment.
