Leading compensation practices for the Middle East & Africa regions, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Manager will provide expert consultation on compensation strategy, program implementation, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with HR and business leaders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Country HR Leaders to localize and implement compensation programs and policies
Build relationships across HR, finance, and legal teams to develop effective compensation solutions
Monitor compensation-related legislation and ensure compliance with local regulations and company philosophy
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional or business-aligned role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Arabic
