Engagement Marketing & Communications Specialist

Mercy Hill Church is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to own internal communications, email campaigns, copywriting, design coordination, and social content for the existing church community. You will manage Mailchimp campaigns, SMS messaging, and analytics to inform improvements, while collaborating with a small, fast-moving creative team.
The role requires 3+ years in marketing/communications, independent work, and a bachelor's in marketing or related field is preferred.
