To enhance customer success, the full-time Media & Entertainment Technical Enablement Specialist will design and deliver enablement programs and content, collaborating with various teams to address customer needs related to product launches, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with peers to create tools, resources, and training for customer support
Develop enablement materials such as articles, training videos, and presentations
Facilitate training sessions and onboarding for internal support teams
Required qualifications
Expert proficiency in Flow production tracking, Maya, or 3ds Max
3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or communications in a technical capacity
Experience creating process guides and training modules for diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams
