LifeSTEPS is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator in McFarland, CA to design, implement, and coordinate after-school programs within affordable housing communities. This 15-hour weekly position supports residents under the Social Services umbrella, reporting to the Regional Director of Social Services.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least two years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s in social work or psychology is preferred.
