Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program lifecycle for federal IT contracts
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and designers
Track and report on program milestones, risks, and financials
Interface with government contracting officers and stakeholders
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement across program operations
Requirements
10+ years program/project management experience
PMP or PgMP certification
Experience with federal acquisition and contracting
Proven track record managing $10M+ programs
Nice to Have
ITIL certification
Agile/SAFe experience in government settings
Experience with DoD or civilian agency programs
