Program Manager

Design, implement, and oversee ongoing program(s) and strategic projects

Support, design and implement key programs across Regions

Manage logistics, communications, marketing, and metrics for the program(s)

Assemble teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and acquire resources

Serve as liaison between project team and functional area

Develop and manage overall plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time

Maintain ownership during all phases of a program

Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization

Measure, manage, and improve program experience against metrics

Serve as subject matter expert, point of contact and/or lead on related programs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field

Seven (7) years of experience

Experience in leading a small team and/or vendor relationships

Master's degree in a related field (preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)

Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred)
