Prime Video is seeking a dedicated, self‑motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Amazon MGM Studios Japan and Head of Prime Video SEA & ANZ. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual with solid organizational skills, who can meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. The successful candidate will be an experienced planner, anticipate needs, and drive improvements.
The successful candidate will manage ambiguity, complete complex tasks quickly, react with urgency, and take effective action even without a full picture. Key Job Responsibilities
Develop day‑to‑day schedule and prioritise activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
Help plan domestic and international travel itineraries and process expenses
Organise events, off‑sites, town‑hall meetings, and group communications
Provide administrative support, including organising documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, and purchase orders
Track and drive key deliverables to completion and follow‑up
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Programming, Strategy, Finance, and Legal partners
Provide coverage for other executives as needed
Meet and greet internal and external guests
Drive operational cadences (staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles) and continuously improve team mechanisms

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience in the entertainment industry
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or managing multiple calendars
Experience handling administrative details independently, exercising good judgment in keeping team members informed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications
Experience with workspace planning/management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
Experience leading process improvements
Experience designing processes to maximise efficiency
