Motion Graphic Artist / Video Editor Job at KJO Media in Kansas City

KJO Media is on the lookout for a talented Motion Graphics Artist / Editor to join our team. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience to work closely with Project Managers and our Creative Director to edit and create animations for a wide variety of clients. The perfect candidate would have a great eye for design, the technical ability to bring designs to life, and the ability to story‑tell through editing.
This position would be focused on motion graphics and post production, but any experience filming on the production side of things would be an added bonus.
Job Type: Full‑time
Specific Responsibilities Work alongside our Project Managers and Creative Director to edit and create finished videos
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Cinema 4D, Photoshop/Illustrator experience is a plus
This position will require graphic design ability. At its simplest form, you will need to be able to design text‑based motion graphics for various videos.
Post Production: Organize footage, cut selects, source music, and edit interview content into a story.
Must live near Kansas City Metro and work on‑site at our office location. This will NOT be a remote position.
