Description
Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a
Sales Coordinator
to support a team of commercial real estate brokers in
Greensboro, NC . This
contract-to-hire
role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and graphic design experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The position combines marketing production, transaction support, document management, and broker support, making it a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Adobe InDesign. This is a leave coverage assignment with the opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting a high-performing commercial real estate team. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Typical Day in the Role
Support a team of 5-6 commercial real estate brokers with daily administrative and marketing activities.
Create and update high-quality marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
Design property flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy.
Process commercial real estate transaction documentation and ensure accuracy.
Edit and redline PDFs, including listing agreements and transaction documents.
Manipulate and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare vouchers and assist with document processing.
Order signage and marketing materials for commercial properties.
Respond to emails, communicate with clients, and coordinate follow-up activities.
Maintain organized electronic files and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, marketing teams, or a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe InDesign
is required.
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience creating professional marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and graphics (graphic design-focused; not social media marketing).
Ability to edit and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat or similar software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable working with data, including basic Excel data manipulation and preparing vouchers or reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting commercial real estate brokers or sales professionals.
Commercial real estate industry experience.
Experience creating commercial property marketing materials and listing packages.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including organizing and manipulating data.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
