Position Summary
As a
Sales Coordinator / Client Services Coordinator , you will support brokers by creating marketing materials, coordinating commercial real estate transactions, managing administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Adobe InDesign, and comfortable working with data, documents, and client-facing responsibilities.
Team Overview
Provide support to
5-6 brokers .
Work in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Marketing Support
Create and update marketing materials using
Adobe InDesign .
Design property marketing graphics and brochures.
Prepare written content and marketing copy for promotional materials.
Coordinate and order property signage.
Note:
Marketing experience required is focused on
graphic design , not social media marketing.
Commercial Real Estate Transaction Support
Assist with commercial real estate transaction documentation.
Coordinate deal-related details and ensure accurate record keeping.
Process documents and maintain transaction files.
Edit and redline PDF documents, including listing agreements.
Administrative & Client Support
Follow up on emails and communications.
Communicate professionally with clients.
Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare vouchers and work with numerical data.
Maintain organization and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Data & Reporting
Manipulate and analyze data using Excel.
Prepare reports and marketing-related data summaries.
Ensure accuracy in spreadsheets and business documents.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with
Adobe InDesign .
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience
supporting:
Brokers
Sales professionals
Marketing teams (graphic design-focused)
Commercial real estate experience preferred.
Software Requirements
Adobe InDesign (or comparable design software)
Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing tools
