Job Summary
This role will be critical to helping the client create
10 out of 10
experiences for its customers. The successful candidate will split their time between developing content strategies and customer-facing materials that support the Customer Care teams and Field Outreach. For the Customer Experience strategic initiatives, you'll lead internal employee communications, create programs to raise coworker awareness, and develop external communication support. For Customer Communications, you'll focus on enhancing customer experience of billing modernization and field outreach. You'll collaborate with product and program managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies to implement top-notch customer communications that meet business goals and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop content strategies and customer-facing materials that support the Customer Care teams and Field Outreach
Lead internal employee communications for the Customer Experience strategic initiatives
Create programs to raise coworker awareness and develop external communication support
Focus on enhancing customer experience of billing modernization and field outreach
Collaborate with product and program managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies to implement customer communications that meet business goals and improve customer experience

Required Experience
5-7 years of experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns
