Responsibilities
Overseeing daily PRP operations and programming
Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with PRP staff
Assisting with PRP restructuring, program growth, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
Helping create engaging, interactive, and community-focused PRP activities and services
Participating in leadership meetings and operational planning
Providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments within the OMHC program
Building positive relationships with clients, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners
Supporting the continued growth and success of Aspire Wellness Center’s PRP services
Requirements
Licensed master’s-level mental health professional (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
PRP and/or community mental health experience preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to oversee compliance and documentation standards
Positive, collaborative, and solution‑focused mindset
Passion for community engagement, program development, and team collaboration
