Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily PRP operations and programming
- Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with PRP staff
- Assisting with PRP restructuring, program growth, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
- Helping create engaging, interactive, and community-focused PRP activities and services
- Participating in leadership meetings and operational planning
- Providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments within the OMHC program
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners
- Supporting the continued growth and success of Aspire Wellness Center’s PRP services
Requirements
- Licensed master’s-level mental health professional (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
- PRP and/or community mental health experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to oversee compliance and documentation standards
- Positive, collaborative, and solution‑focused mindset
- Passion for community engagement, program development, and team collaboration
