Responsibilities
Define and lead the U.S. sales enablement strategy
Partner with the global team on enterprise transformation initiatives
Identify performance gaps and prioritize interventions
Lead capability programs focused on consultative selling, deal shaping, and client value articulation
Oversee creation and governance of industry-specific sales content
Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Delivery, HR, Marketing, and Offerings
Requirements
7+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or go-to-market strategy within large, complex organizations
Proven experience working in technology services, consulting, or enterprise sales environments
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Strong understanding of account-based selling
Strong understanding of solution-led selling models
