Restore damaged figures and ensure every celebrity looks lifelike and camera-ready.

Install and style figures, including positioning, lighting, and presentation to meet brand standards.

Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and quality goals to keep exhibits in top shape.

Prepare, pack, transport, and set up figures for PR events, offsite appearances, and research activities.

Represent the Madame Tussauds brand at special events and celebrity appearances.

Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve figure quality and realism.

Collaborate with managers and operations teams to deliver world-class guest experiences.

Follow all health, safety, and brand guidelines while keeping detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications & Experience

A creative eye and passion for detail.

Hands-on skills in maintenance, repair, styling, and craftsmanship.
