What You’ll Do

Maintain wax figures by performing touch‑ups, repairs, and general upkeep.

Restore damaged figures and ensure every celebrity appears lifelike and camera‑ready.

Install and style figures—including positioning, lighting, and presentation—to meet brand standards.

Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and quality goals to keep exhibits in top shape.

Prepare, pack, transport, and set up figures for PR events, off‑site appearances, and research activities.

Represent the Madame Tussauds brand at special events and celebrity appearances.

Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve figure quality and realism.

Collaborate with managers and operations teams to deliver world‑class guest experiences.

Follow all health, safety, and brand guidelines while maintaining detailed maintenance records.
