Field Director: Voter Outreach & Campaign Operations

Job Post is seeking a Field Director to manage all direct field operations and build relationships with voters to increase turnout. The director will oversee the field organizers, volunteers, and fellows and serve as liaison to the Delaware Coordinated Campaign.
The role involves managing day-to-day field operations, developing outreach plans, and providing daily reports to senior staff. Demonstrated leadership and campaign experience are highly valued.
