Campaign Field Director: GOTV & Voter Outreach Lead

The Fairness Project is seeking a Field Director to own the campaign's voter contact program end to end in Tennessee's 7th District, coordinating with Regional Field Directors and a Volunteer Coordinator. You will run the GOTV operation, oversee budget, and report metrics to the Campaign Manager.
Applicants should have two field cycles with leadership experience, expert VAN/VoteBuilder skills, and a valid driver’s license. TN familiarity is a plus for this rural-suburban district.
