Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your trip with us:

Uploading content to the onboard entertainment and information system

Editorial responsibility for all printed and digital texts (German/English)

Editorial preparation of daily itineraries, menus, concert programs, port information, invitation cards, and other special printed materials (German/English)

Conscientious performance of all tasks within your assigned area of responsibility in accordance with written job instructions and guidelines, as well as verbal instructions from supervisors on board and the shore-based organization

Responsibility for the accuracy of spelling, grammar, and content in all printed materials

Adherence to the corporate design on board

Documentation and verification of all tasks performed

Careful handling of all work equipment and facilities within the scope of duties

Strict adherence to all hygiene and environmental guidelines (U.S.P.H.)

Additional support for tasks that go beyond the normal scope of duties

Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

Completed training as a copywriter/editor

At least 4 years of professional experience

Experience with common text and image editing programs (especially Adobe InDesign CC and Adobe Photoshop CC)

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Confidence in writing and a keen eye for design

Attention to detail and a precise work style, combined with high standards for quality and service

High level of motivation, resilience, reliability, flexibility, conscientiousness, and personal responsibility

Ability to work independently

A well-groomed appearance

Tolerance and adaptability within an international team
